Coco de Mer is a villa to die for, in the gated community of Peter Bay. It is on the market for $5.7 million. There are five bedrooms--two in the main house, two in the west pavillion, and one in the guesthouse. There is an amphitheater right above the pool and hot tub below the pool area. The house was outstanding views of Cinnamon Bay, Maho Bay, Tortola, and Jost Van Dyke. The main house has a great room that consists of a living room area, dining room area, and a kitchen. Above the guesthouse is the carport, where two cars can fit comfortably. Coco de Mer is one of the nicest villas you could ever rent in the world.
