A cozy terra-cota colored cottage with a clean, lovely pool only feet from the sand and surf. Beautiful sunsets and glorious mornings. The beach is all your own, except for a few fisherman casting their nets for the day. The residence next door are conservationists returning baby turtles to their Mother Ocean frequently (you can help!!) Delicious meals can be provided for a reasonable fee. Set among at least 100 tall and waving coconut palms you will think you have found paradise.
Many great and inexpensive restaurants nearby also. Water sports in the wonderful and refreshing lagoon. Very relaxing and magical place.

Set apart from Acapulco and an easy but winding road north of the city. Very quiet and laid back, just the place to get away from it all for a day and feel a little of the real Mexico. The open ocean with swells is on one side and a fresh water lagoon with fishing, waterskiing, jetskiing, or birdwatching is on the other side of a narrow strip of land with the road in the middle. We had a wonderful garlic shrimp dinner, numerous Coco Locos and cervesas, all fully set up with tablecloth on our dining table out on the beach in front of the Tres Marias and it was under $50US for all day. Fabulous food, fabulous service, and the most wonderful sunset veiw of our entire time in Acapulco!
