I did the WWII and the Siege of Leningrad tour. They were fantastic. There were only two of us on the walk but the guide was awesome, and our tour ran for 5 1/2 hours. We began by visiting a museum in the city that contained a fantastic amount of information and memorabilia from the war, and having the guide to explain the history of these pieces made all the difference. We then proceeded to make our way around the city, passing by several locations that had significance to the history of the war and the Siege. Most of these were places you would probably not find on your own, and if you did, it would be difficult to understand the significance of them without toting around a weighty tome on the history of the city and the war.
