The meal was excellent as was the service. Authentic Italian cuisine. It is by the fountains in the forum of shops so it can be a little busy at times. The people watching is great.

Bertolini's was a wonderful atmosphere. It lies right in the middle of the Forum Shops at Caesars. The nice fountain creates a romantic mood. The food was great. They bring you some type of round bread that neither my husband nor I liked. It seemed a little dry. I think that it would have been a little better with some olive oil. I had the lasagna, which was fabulous! Very tasty.

We visited the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace in November 2005. This restaurant was located two doors down from Spago. We looked at Spago's lunch menu, and nothing looked very appetizing. We decided that Bertolini's had more options for us.

We had a short wait, about 10 min. for a table at lunchtime on a Saturday. There is a large "outside" eating area. The smoking area is located next to the "fountain of the gods" in a courtyard in the forum of shops. It kind of looks like it is outside, even though you are still in the forum shops mall area.

Inside is the non smoking area. It was pretty loud, dishes clanging and hard surfaces. My husband loved his canneloni; my panini was ok.

The creme brulee was listed on the menu as an "award winning recipe" - whoever ranked this was on the money. This was the best creme brulee that I have ever had in my life! Trust me when I say I've eaten a lot of it. All in all, this restaurant was pretty good, but the CREME BRULEE is not to be missed.

The atmosphere was great, and the service was good. The food was delicious, and the prices were affordable. It felt like a real bistro in Italy. I sat outside and enjoyed it. Just a note, though--the restaurant is located in the Forum Shops, which is in the mall, so people are walking around the outside dining area. It is hardly noticeable.

We were going to the Elton concert, and I knew this restaurant was there but did not know its name. The restaurant is located in the mall area in Caesars, and you find it close to the entry in the open area. You can sit in the mall area or inside the restaurant. We sat inside, which seemed quieter. We asked for nonsmoking, but our table was next to the smoking section of the bar and as close to the smoking section as you can get.

The restaurant was busy, but we were seated right away. We told the waitress that we were going to the show and she said it was no problem. We had the artichoke dip, which was okay and served hot and promptly. They also brought us warm bread, which was good. My wife had the penne pasta artichokes and I had chicken parmesan. The food was plentiful and tasty. It was a good meal for us right before the show. We had the dip, drinks, and dinner for $70.
