We usually eat at Bahama Breeze every time we go. I love the Bahamaritas, a slushy margarita with three different flavors. The food has always been excellent. I had a Cuban chicken sandwich. My girlfriends had the salmon pasta and the jerk-chicken pasta. For a starter, we all split an order of Cuban bread bruschetta. They usually have a live calypso band on the weekends, but there was none the Friday night we went.

Bahama Breeze is located a few streets off the Strip, but it is definitely worth leaving the bright lights. It is a great break from the overpriced hotel food or cheap buffets (not that there is anything wrong with those). Everything is great here, from the drinks to the desserts. Their drink list is extensive, and they make every imaginable cocktail. Their food is very flavorful, and everyone I was with enjoyed their dishes. The seafood is especially good. I had the scallops, which were perfectly seared, and I taste-tested the ribs and tiger shrimp too. Dessert is decadent--they brought out a chocolate tres leches cake for my b-day. There were a lot of cute guys in the bar too!
