stopped in jimmy buffets margaritaville for dinner with my girlfriend, being in vegas the choices are tremendous, but our experience here was the best resturaunt experience we had in vegas!, i didnt even really know who jb was until we went there, the atmosphere was fun, the staff was polite and the food good, i think we had like 35$ in our meal and drinks, not bad at all!!, we will be visiting more of these jb margaritavilles in the future as this winter we are traveling down the east coast to key west, this place started it all!

Margaritaville

From the outside it is almost hard to miss this place among the lights of the strip, but if you find this place you are in for a treat after all “all trespassers will be given a shot”. Margaritaville is located in the Flamingo. It is well themed and offers a wide variety of drinks from three different bars; the most popular being the volcano bar near the entrance. On the inside is the place has a sailboat theme with a Caribbean twist and behind the main bar there is a slide going down into an oversized blender. The booths are even shaped like fishing boats and even include giant rods and reels sticking out from them. Near one of the bars in the back there is a stage for a live band, but the place is so loud that you can’t hear the person next to you speak. If your not a Jimmy Buffet fan this really isn’t your scene, because that is the majority of what they play.
They offer a wide variety of drinks that range in price from $7 to $10 and are only worth it to say that you drank at Margaritaville. I had the Desdemona’s Raspberry. It was okay, but not outstanding the drinks are the frozen kind and aren’t up to Vegas standards. If you aren’t up for a margarita doesn’t worry they have other drinks such as hurricanes, beer, and wine. Margaretville also have a dinner menu to choose from. Most of the items have either seafood or a Mexican twist to it. You can choose from a variety of foods including Tortilla Soup, Quesadilla, Volcano Nacho, and Peel, and Eat Shrimp.
When I arrived the place was packed and seating was almost impossible to find. Avoid the weekend and go early otherwise there will be a substantial wait.If you go make reservations (not taken on Friday or Saturday). Seats are hard to come by especially by the bar and the staff was very rude.?
Next door they have an over priced gift shop where you can buy a $10 margarita glass or a “lost shaker of salt.”? Find out more about Margaritaville: www.margaritavilleretail.com/lasvegas.

Jimmy Buffet's "Margaritaville" is one of our favorite restaurants/bars in Vegas! Located across the street from Caesars, this is a place where you can chill out and have a burger, beer, frozen drink, etc., while listening to some good music.

The main restaurant is on the first floor, but it's indoors...I recommend sitting on the outdoor patio on the second floor. It's MUCH better! Most of the time there's a line to sit on the upstairs deck, but it's well worth the wait!

Afterwards, you can go downstairs to the Margaritaville gift shop. It's huge and it makes for good souvenir shopping. Parrothead heaven!

The food was awesome and the atmosphere was fun. They had Jimmy Buffett music playing and videos on multiple big screens. The decor and seating was great. Some of the tables were in a boat. It made you feel relaxed.

We really enjoyed the food. We all had different kinds of sandwiches which were huge. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Every 1/2 hour there was a volcano show. We had a waiter on stilts. It was really a lot of fun.
