Located at Bluebeard's. Newly renovated features like red walls, candles, and rich woods envelop you as you enter. Quiet atmosphere for romantic dining. The lamb was delicious, as was the steak. The escargot was mouth-watering and the desserts were yummy (can't remember what they were, since the wine was flowing). So many menu choices to choose from that you will definitely enjoy the experience.

Room With a View is my favorite restaurant in St. Thomas. The restaurant has a full glass wall and the twinkling lights of Charlotte Amalie at night is a view not to be missed.

The chef prepares a fine meal, and so it’s hard to choose my favorite. The fettuccini Alfredo is great, I love the Greek pasta, and they always have fresh fish entrees -– I especially like the mahimahi. The dinners come with a fresh salad and warm bread. The meal size is large, but try to same some room for dessert. I especially like the bananas flambé.

Room with a View has just what it says - a gorgeous view overlooking the harbor and downtown Charlotte Amalie. Be sure to make your reservation for around 6pm if you want to see the sunset. The evening view if beautiful also with the town and hills lit up. It's also fun to watch the sea planes coming and going.

This is a more formal restuarant - quite small and therefore you get individual attention. There is talk that it will be moving soon to a larger location at the castle. There were no children there while we were there, and I would not recommend taking them.

My husband and I both had the lobster thermador, which was delicious. The servings were generous. It was probably the most expensive dinner we had on St. Thomas but the view and the food were worth it. The french onion soup was also great. The banana flambe looked delicious although we were too full to try it. This is a nice place to share a special occasion in an elegant setting.
