I tried out the Canyon Ranch Spa at the Venetian too...but despite the "canyon ranch" title...i found the spa at Mandalay far superior....facilities were much nicer, cleaner, and larger at Mandalay Bay.

Quote: Great bathrooms! Huge tubs and separate shower stalls....rooms are pretty basic - Large, but basic---very beige. If possible, ask for a room on one of their House of Blues Floor...decor is MUCH nicer in those rooms!

Dont forget to try the spa...great steam room & hot tubs!

Quote: Fine service and beautiful setting. The fish was perfectly cooked, but the broccoli rabe was VERY salty. Desserts were phenomenal....don't miss the chocolate peanut butter thing!

Quote: Emeril Lagasse strikes again....this time a steakhouse!

Food was (as usual) delicious....try the gumbo du jour and definitely treat yourself to the filet medallions w/ blue cheese. Don't miss out on the bannanas foster ice cream pie for dessert. They have an extensive & expensive wine list.
