The Hyatt in Perimeter had everything we needed and more. The room itself was wonderful, with plenty of room to enjoy ourselves: a cozy sectional, minibar, desk, and of course a huge TV. The room and bathroom were super clean. Breakfast was great. The hotel was about a 3 minute drive to Perimeter Mall and many restaurants. We will be planning to stay there again!

Stayed for business in 12/08. Guest room had poor lighting and was missing the remote. I did LOVE the size of the plasma tv in the room but other than that, did not like the room decor. Also the bathroom was light very poorly and the sink area was extremely small, narrow and not well lit. The "business center" was essentially a small nook just off of the lobby....too small. Also found the lobby to be small and not condusive for business conversations.
It was clean and people were friendly but overall I would not stay there again.

I read the reviews before deciding to book the hotel. I was a little skeptical because the reviews did vary. However, there were more positives than negatives, so I decided to give it a try. The hotel rates were awesome and the room was great, exactly as shown online. I am happy I decided to try the hotel and will probably stay again on a future trip.

I came to this hotel to attend a graduation with my family. I was expecting an average room at best. Well when I checked in the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got to our top floor room, with a beautiful view of 400 and the King and Queen buildings. The room itself was huge, with two double beds and a pull out queen bed. A 42 inch plasma tv in the room, very clean floors and even a clean shower/bath. One strange thing, however, the smoke alarm in our room was sitting on the couch when we came in, with batteries on top of it. The continental breakfast was delicious and hot. Plus the Sandy Springs Marta is right around the corner. I would recommend this hotel for anyone!
