We had a great time during our stay in Gatlinburg. The hotel room was very clean and very spacious. The balcony afforded a lovedly view of the surrounding area. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Gatlinburg

We had a spacious room with a king bed, fireplace, private balcony. Good value for the money in April. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast was good. Location is great - within walking distance of major attractions. We loved our first trip to Galinburg and would definitely stay here again.

Good location near national park and Gatlinburg attractions. Not easy to find due to signage clutter on street. Hotel is behind buildings on parkway. Hotel is showing its age, but is very clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Some nice amenities including fridge/micro, large bathroom, large room, fireplace. Blah b'fast. I have no complaints. I'd stay here again.

This is the best place for the location, money, nice staff, and friendly customer service never stay anywhere else for us as a couple without the kids.

Staff was friendly, but the room service was lacking. We stayed 1 wk. 2 of those days the trash can was not emptied, and only 1 of the 2 beds was made the entire stay.
