Quote: I've stayed in cheap, ratty hotels before. This was neither as cheap nor as ratty as some. There wasn't anything really bad about it, but neither was there anything to recommend it, other than it is inexpensive and reasonably close to the strip (15... Quote: This hotel rocks for the price you pay! It is so close to Las Vegas blvd, just a five minuet walk and your in the heart of the action. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the beds weren't too bad either. This is a great... Read the full Americas Best Value Inn review

This hotel made me feel dirty.

Quote: The cleaniness of the hotel was horrible. It was quite dirty. Besides, that, the bed squeaked like crazy. Bathroom fan was loud. Towels were dirty.

Quote: Usually I don't give bad reviews but the room I was put in was dirty, the heater stopped working, we had quit a few cockroaches in the room and it stunk petty bad. It could use some up dating. Even fresh paint would help.

Quote: Room was clean and much better than I expected for the price. I really liked being able to walk to Cocos Restaurant right on the same property. Internet was free, but an upcharge for faster speeds. The speed of the free service was adequate for... Read the full Americas Best Value Inn review

Quote: walking distance to the strip and 4 star hotels across the street were going for $500/night

Good deal for the price.

Quote: My husband and I went for New Year's Eve, and for under $150 booked last-minute, it was a steal compared to everything else available. It's exactly what you'd expect from a motel, but if you're just looking for a cheap place to crash that is... Read the full Americas Best Value Inn review

You get what you pay for

Quote: I knew exactly what I was getting myself into by staying here just based on the cost. Room was straight out of a horror movie: white walls, flickering lights and a bed that warranted a sleeping bag on top. If you book here just don't go in with any... MY STAY WAS OK BUT WASN`T GREAT

Quote: This are very small rooms nicely located next to the las vegas strip. The staff at the front desk are not the most proffesional but do take care of your needs. I wouln`t recomend the hotel but is a good way to save $$$.

Horrible A/C

  • 1 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • February 7, 2025
Quote: The A/C did not even come close to keeping up with July heat in Vegas, being perhaps 90 degrees in the room. They moved us to another room which was just as bad. The lobby A/C worked great, by the way. The beds in both rooms were also very... Read the full Americas Best Value Inn review
