The hotel is gorgeous. The lobby and ballrooms are magnificent. My room was a standard king which was large and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but adequate. Dinner and breakfast was very good but a little pricey. I did not park there because it was $$$ expensive. However, there is parking right across the street if you take the elevator to the ground floor and go out those doors. The hotel is located downtown which is easy access to many attractions. The business center in the hotel made it very easy to print a boarding pass for the flight home.
don't stay here.

well where can i start, well i stayed there for two nights and i prepaid the velet for two nights it cost me $63 and i paid with cash and there was no record of me prepaying the velet when i arrived. At check out they charged my room for the second time for velet again $63 i showed them the receipt that i already paid the velet....finaly they found out what happed it was just a nightmare with parking.... On top of it all when i was leaving to go out i gave them my ticket so i can get my car i wait for 10 to 15 minuts for my car, i asked the velet personal about my car her response was ( O im sorry did YOU WANTED YOUR CAR! ....SO would i stay here again F@%$ck No. Over all the rooms are nice the front desk was nice but would not waste time and money here again. O forgot velet area is so small 3 car max that can fit there thats all.
Don't waste your time and money spend a little more but get good service.

The check in was speedy even though busy. Staff attentive to smooth arrival and check in. Room was larger then the average room and immaculent! It was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. No distrubances and could set the thermastat for my comfort level. Shower had pressure. Must tour the hotel to observe the detail of architecture! Will return.

When you stay at the Biltmore you are going back into history. The hotel is well-maintained and the architecural details inside the main lobby are exceptional. The hotel has a great bar with wood carvings and stone work with sculptures that go back to a by-gone era. The hotel has several good restaurants, and is located a short walk from a number of LA's best restaurants downtown. The location is excellent if you are doing business in various parts of downtown LA. The hotel has a good fitness facility, and the service is friendly and helpful. the room decor is nice, but slightly dated and could use an upgrade, although it has character.
Parking in the hotel is very expensive, but the Pershing Square parking garage across the street offers parking for $14 per day.
This is a fine great old hotel, and one of the better values in downtown LA.

the room is horribly dirty. I put on my brand new socks and by just walking around trying to get dress .By the time I put my shoes on my brand new socks just turn black. I called for housekeeping .They fix the bed but didn't clean. They left me a note that unable to do housekeeping due to privacy which I didn't request. The blow dryer was broken.I called for another one it tokk them 45mins to get it to me.The aircondition ventilation was just full of dust. The bed is hard as a rock. It just look good in the picture but overall the hotel in nasty.
