Awesome Hotel and Staff

If you have a chance to experience this resort, it's wonderful! It was a summer home (hard to imagine) and has over 100 rooms so it's a boutique-style with lavish pampering. Everyone is so gracious and it's a wonderful value. Our room was upgraded because they thought we'd like a terrace and view, although they asked if we preferred the upgrade. The room was wonderful and the grounds are stunning with a great mountain view. It was one of the most comfortable beds and pillows...ever....unreal!!! Ask the valet attendents for suggestions on local eating places instead of the concierge...they had the better suggestions!

The Royal Palms is a very nice hotel. The resort is small, which lends itself to intimacy. The staff was nothing but attentive. The pool was a little too small we felt, and the work out facility is really inadequate. Three treadmills, only two worked.

I stayed here for a weekend away from the cold and some down time. The entire staff was wonderful from check-in to check-out they were able to meet every need I had and ensured I had a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful pool scene, while it is on the small side, it's a wonderful spot to chill for several hours. I didn't use the spa, but it looks like an amazing facility and was about on par with other spas price wise (keep in mind this is a luxury hotel in Arizona). The rooms were of a rustic/western style but still very comfortable. Overall I had a great stay and recommend it to others.

Royal Palms and T Cook

The only problem we had was our daily room service was not done until 3:30pm every day, which we thought we kind of odd. The maids do not speak english so there was no communication whatsoever, but problems were resolved with the front desk. The hotel itself was gorgeous. If your looking for peace and quiet this is a beautiful place to stay. The scenery of Camelback Mountain was wonderful. The service and food at T Cooks restaurant was spectacular. The pool area was not very large, but enough space to enjoy your day of relaxation. My daughter had a wonderful time at the Alvadora Spa. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The room was spectacular. Very, very pretty. I will more than likely book another vacation at this site.
Stayed here before? How was it?
