Good Place to Stay

This was just an over night trip, but the hotel was very clean. I would stay there again for a longer period of time. Very close to Universal Studios since that is where we were headed to that night. The room was clean and the bath shower had good pressure. The bathroom was separate from the bedroom, which was nice because you didn't have to watch or listen to someone getting ready at the sink in the morning. Staff was friendly, as was the front desk, no problems checking in or out. Everything seemed to be in order.

Its the handicap room, it stinks like sweat. If you are not handicapped dont stay there (besides the awful smell) because the shower is not good to use due to its accessibility design. One of the clerks at the front desk was not nice.
The breakfast was ok for a La Quinta. Other than the smell the room and hotel seemed clean. I didnt use or see the pool. The location is great. Buy your tickets to Disney and Universal at the parks, its cheaper.
There are other places aroundfor the same price that are a lot better.

The hotel was in a great location. It was within walking distance of Universal studios. However, the hotel had this musty smell that I associate with older hotels that have worn carpeting. The hotel was very basic..no microwave or refrigerator was available. Overall, location was excellent, I just wasn't very comfortable with the smell and I would probably not stay at the hotel again.

My family and I went for the Universal Halloween Horror Nights and the location of the hotel was great, clean and staff was friendly! The continental breakfast was good..The only drawback was that the hotel did not offer or have was ""hair conditioner"", so I would recommend you bring your own. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back to stay..

This was a small hotel, but very clean and friendly staff. The free breakfast was a good start to the day. they had make your own waffles which were good. the rest was your usuall continental stuff. It was with in walking distance from universal but at the end of a long day in the park the last thing you want to do is walk back to the hotel. They did have a shuttle but only 2 times in the morning and once at 7pm. you could take a cab back for around $. or $ to park rental car everyday. Overall I would stay here again, Great value for your $$
