Quote: so, I heard a guest talking about inapropriate things being offered at this hotel, so I wouldn't go here. It is a cool place and yummy food otherwise... but I'll never go here again.
Quote: this is a very unique hotel and accommodations and I would recommend to all. Great Food and service and great night club as welll. Beverly Harris Napa CA
Quote: It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Wonderful beds, linens and terrific staff. Hotel even provides transportation free of charge within 5 miles of hotel. We will definately choose this hotel on our next trip to Houston.
Quote: The location of the Hotel is fantastic. It is within walking distance of the museums and the zoo. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Quote: This hotel was stellar in every way...I can usually come up with a complaint or two but none come to mind. The staff was really friendly and totally pro, the rooms are massive and comfortable while maintaining the high style of the rest of the hotel. I felt like I should walk outside and be in Hollywood, not Houston, after hanging out inside. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. Oh! I thought of one complaint! They charged me for valet parking but I didn't have a car there. Odd. Otherwise, everything was outstanding.
Quote: Very difficult to enter hotel due to large party and difficulty parking cars. Lobby was filled with people and quite noisy. Nice room. Turn down service was NOTHING! They literally pulled our sheets back--no candles, chocolates, fresh towels, fresh glasses or even wiping of the glass sink. Expected a lot more. probably won't return.
Quote: Hotel Za Za couldn't be in a better location... right in the heart of the museum district. And the renovations they made to the old Warwick are beautiful. It's trendy and current, while remaining elegant at the same time. We booked a Petite King room and it was large, decorated gorgeously and had a great view of Herman Park. The bathroom was on the small side (because it is a historic building) but was done beautifully. The hotel staff was very friendly, but we happened to be staying on a busy weekend... several wedding parties and a large meeting. There were not enough people at the front desk to check us out and getting a bellman and an elevator was almost impossible. Even though they were working fast, valet service took FOREVER... Read More
Quote: Pretty to look at, but the hotel staff is ridiculous. Bar is way too packed and overpriced. The bar area is way too small for the amount of people. You can't even get a drink.
Quote: To our suprise the service was inadequate. We ordered room service and they told us they were out of the food we wanted. When we went to eat at the Monarch they gave us the run around offering brunch, then breakfast, back to brunch. Once we finally ate we were not all that satisfied with the food. Maybe its just that the hotel is just opening and they are still getting the operations down, but it appears for them to charge the prices that they are charging they have an amateur operation happening over there. We will definitely recommend others stay elsewhere as of right now. .
