For the price, this hotel is very good . My wife and I thought it would be bad because of the price but we where suprised.
Good value- clean, basic services

This hotel is a good value if you are looking for well done basic services and clean rooms where everything works. It is a great, low cost way to have a clean, safe place to sleep in order to be near other attractions. We would definately stay here again.

My friend and I stayed for three nights at this Best Western and loved it. The room was fresh-smelling and spotless, all the appliances worked perfectly, and there was a bonus which we really appreciated--a digitally-locked safe for our valuables. Beds were very comfortable; surroundings were pleasant and quiet. The staff went out of their way too be courteous and helpful to us. The included "continental" breakfast was much more than just a croissant and coffee--we're talking bagels with cream cheese, yogurt, toast, apples, oranges, tea, English muffins, cereals, waffles, milk--just great!
I can't recommend the Virginia Beach Best Western highly enough. People, if you're on a limited budget and want a good room with great service and a staff that cares, this is your place.
Convenient to Airport

I needed to stay close by Norfolk Airport to catch a morning flight and did not want to fight Norfolk morning traffic. Hotel is a great price and is only a few miles from airport. Took me 8 minutes and 2 right turns. Two gas stations next door and en route to fill up rental car. Room was quiet with no airport noise. Hotel is on North side of Northampton, so is only accessed from Norfolk bound traffic. But there is a traffic light about 3 blocks down, turn left, go to next left turn lane, turn there and it will put you right where you need to be to get to hotel. Heater worked fine. Plenty of hot water. Bed was actually fairly new and very comfortable. Carpet older but clean and no stains. Close to casual (Denny's next door) and finer dining (Aberdeen Steakhouse just down the street). I plan to stay here on future visits.

This hotel is small, and tucked back behind other buildings. The room was clean and the people were nice. It was close to everything we wanted to do.
