Quote: I stayed here for 4 nights last month. First off I was very disapointed with everything. The sink in my room was broken. I tried several times to report it and move rooms, there was no one to be found working in the lobby! The hot tub was out of order. The breakfast was pretty bad....one meat, no choice. stale bagles, dry potatoes, one morning it was completely un edible. The cook making eggs to order seemed very aggiated each morning. The Shampoo provided made my hair feel awful. (yes it was the shampoo, I bought my own after experiencing my first shower and had no problems) The hotel bar was a joke. I have a better bar set up in my apartment! The beds however very comfortable!

Complementary breakfast was bufet style with a full range of choices. Free shuttle the the Disney complex with courtious drivers. We would stay there again and reccomend it to others.

The shuttle was nice( we too a taxi back from disney it was around $*) the driver was funny. Hotel was very clean and the staff was very courtous. We took advantage of room service a couple of times and it was always good. We could see the fireworks from our room window. It is very close to walt disney world resort and there is an outlet shopping center very close!! I would stay again only complaint our room was next to the elevator and it was noisy at night.

Quote: We go to Orlando a couple times a year; Although this was our first stay at Buena Vista Suites...It will not be our last. With 2 big screen tv's, a real A/C unit(not one of the smelly "in the wall"units), enough room for 6 adults, VERY quiet rooms. Overall , our best stay in Orlando yet. Close to Epcot so we didn't have a long drive after a long day of walking. The only thing that could have made the room better was a bigger tub to soak in.
