Quote: Very nice hotel, the rooms are nicer than the Renaissance Yangtze. It's about a 10 minute walk to get to the subway. They have decent room service, and have restaurants inside the hotel. Great value for the money.
Quote: The hotel isn't fancy, but is more than adequate. The restaurant is very good, but slightly overpriced. The rooms are very good, but not very large. The location is in Pudong within a 10 minute walk to the subway. However, what makes this hotel exceptional is the staff! They go the extra mile to make everyone's stay pleasant. Any request from a guest is handled promptly, and returning guests are greated by name. I highly recommend this hotel if you value service and value over luxurious surroundings.
