Great place to stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food is great and the night shows are very entertaining. We were a big group of 9 and many different ages, but we all had a wonderful time.

The people who wrote bad things about the hotel probably forgot to take their happy pills or something.
It was great !!! The staff was great, so friendly. it is the most beautiful beach in the neighborhood ! The food was great and the place where you need a reservation - well better service and smaller portions thats all .
Also, the bar serves the best alcohol - strong ! if you are looking for something simple, not complicated, nice people, nice weather, good food, good drinks - chose this hotel. Right price and you can make it as fun as you want.

if you're expecting for a 5 star hotel, don't stay here. we got what we paid for - clean room, nice beach, decent food (nothing special) and wonderful staff! will definitely stay here again.
Great atmospere

We just resently celebrated our 25 anniversary and we had a fabulous time. Our experience was great. We had never went to Cancun, so we did not know what to expect. The staff and resort was awesome. The only downfall was that the spa was not hot. To our surprise, we had a beautiful ocean view. The food was great and the restuarants were nicely decorated. The weather was perfect. Our excursions to Chichenitza, catamaran tour to Isla mujeres, and Xcaret were incredible and without complaints. We made all the reservations for our excursions at the resort. We can't wait for the next time we come. We heard from other people who stayed at the more expensive resorts and they said that they had bad experiences.

First i would like to say that people that want five star accomidations should book a five star hotel. For the price we paid it was a great deal, i could not have asked for more. The staff and the guests were great. If this hotel falls in your budget - go for it. I would stay here again and i would recommend this place to family and friends. The people who write negative things about this place should either pay the prices for a hotel that reflect their expectations or stay home!
