One of the Best Trips I Ever Took

I took my 11 year old daughter to Beaches Turks & Caicos for a week long stay. The resort is beautiful, and our room was clean and comfortable.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with champagne and punch for my daughter. We were escorted to our unit by the concierge. We were at the Italian Village in a family suite with separate kids room. The room was spotless, and beautiful with the mahogany (or dark) wood. Our balcony had a partial ocean view and overlooked the pool area. It was a great view of everything.
The food was great at all the restaurants. The service throughout the entire resort was awesome. Everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, and engaging.
My daughter attended the activity program for kids. I hardly saw her for two days. Jancilia was the teen team member that my daughter was with the most. She was fun and wonderful with the kids. My daughter also commented that Camaro was very nice and funny.
This resort is highly recommended by me, and I am trying to plan another trip back!!

I travel for a living and have been all over the Caribbean, Mexico, US, Hawaii, and Central America. My expectations for this property were high and let me say: Beaches Turks and Caicos far exceeded my expectations! We had a fantastic time. Beaches should be the number 1 resort in the world for families, because they expertly blend luxury and kid-friendly-fun for a vacation that is perfect for kids and adults. I would recommend Beaches even if you do not have children. I cannot wait to return. Our only complaint is that we did not stay long enough. Every aspect from the service to the food to the luxurious suites to the bars and the activities were top-notch! We had a family photo shoot with Chris and then one with Roger. The photos were amazing! I highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a great time!

We just returned from an amazing trip to Beaches Turks and Caios with our two children, ages 3 and 4. We were actually married at this resort 6 years ago and this was our first time to return with our children. With much anticipation, we awaited our trip anxiously reading all sorts of reviews online. We were so excited and hoped that we would not be disappointed.
We flew direct from ATL to PLS on Delta. Some mechanical issues set us back by about 2 hours, but we still managed to arrive mid afternoon to enjoy ourselves. One of the best things about Beaches Turks and Caicos is that once we landed in PLS, we were at the resort in about 30 minutes! Totally amazing when you have excited young children in tow! We were greeted w/ champagne, punch, fresh fruit, and delicious cookies, along with a cool towel to refresh. From the moment that we stepped off the taxi van, we were pampered with ultimate luxury! We were surprised that we were upgraded from the French Village to the Italian Village, even considering that this was our 5th trip to a Sandals/Beaches property. What an awesome treat!
The concierge showed us to our room - OH MY! It was AMAZING! The view was out of this world and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, flat panel TV, and XBOX game system...all to themselves! We loved how spacious the room was and the luxurious bathroom. We could live in this amazing suite! The mini bar was stocked with beer, wine, sodas, alcohol, water, and juices -- all included -- and replenished daily. The room was cleaned twice daily and the cleaning staff was kind and did a great job! We will definitely book a trip in the Italian Village again.
The concierges Enock and Gwendolyn were amazing! They helped us with whatever we needed. They even sent us chocolate dipped strawberries for our anniversary and a fruit platter on another occasion, just to make our trip even better! Enock and Gwendolyn really went the extra step to make our vacation extra special.
The service at Beaches Turks and Caicos was outstanding in all regards! Everyone that we encountered did a fantastic job. The food was exceptional at every restaurant. With 16 restaurants to choose from, there is something for everyone! We never had to wait to be seated or wait very long for our food. The servers even brought the kid meals first, which was great. There is plenty for picky kids to choose from, without the adults having to sacrifice quality for their own meal.
There are plenty of activities to choose from as well. The kids camp, though we did not try it, seemed great. We heard lots of kids raving about it. The coolest thing is that you can take the kids to the camp from 6pm to 10pm to enjoy a nice kid free dinner at one of the adults only restaurants. No matter the age of the kids, there is plenty to do for each age group. The water park even has sections appropriate for various ages all the way from toddlers to adults. Its brilliant!
The beach is the best we have found and there were plenty of chairs and cabanas! We cannot wait to go back! You won't be disappointed!
My Girls Said this Vacation Was Better than Disney!
We just returned from Beaches Resort in Turks & Caicos Islands, and we can't wait to go back! Everything, and I mean everything is included, which makes this such a great way to vacation. No worries about reservations or waiting in long lines for meals. The food was delicious, and there were 16 restaurants to choose from. There is a waterpark that has enough places to swim and play, I never felt overcrowded. My girls loved the swim-up ice cream bar! (And really loved that they got to order their own ice cream sundaes!) All the staff were so helphful, from the time we arrived to the time we were dropped off at the airport. It was a vacation to remember!
My Perfect Tropical Vacation Bottled Back to Boston for Winter

We still day dream and talk to everyone about our perfect vacation at Beaches Turks and Caicos that our Fabulous Travel Agent, Susan Peavey of Susan Peavey Travel so highly recommended and she was so right. We were so welcomed from the minute we got there by so many nice people who did so much to make our vacation start off great! Starting at home with the online check in a week prior to leaving which made checking in so quick to the couches you sit in while they check you in with cookies and drinks. What could be better. Every person gave such great service and always with a smile. Just to name a few that were exceptional were Fayon who took care of us like we were family, Sarah in customer relations who was so friendly and helpful every time we saw her. Lisa our butler friend with her great smile, Ripley at the spa who went out of her way for me, AJ who checked us into our room and Stanley who filled up our in-room bar and Angelo, Andrew and Fritz, just a few of our favorite bar tenders who made our trip so much fun all the time. I can't say enough about the gorgeous beach and luxurious pools and grounds, great food and liquor with so many choices. There was so much to do and fun to be had, but quiet and privacy if that's what you want. I can't wait to go back.
