About Me: Travel interests are sight-seeing, museums, art galleries, shopping, watching the ocean. Years of experience of travelling on a budget, but will not go camping! We love to seek out local favorites for food, entertainment, parks and shops. I like to have variety in my travel destinations, but also like to return to Hawaii often.

I travel because...
Because I want to see it, taste it, smell it and hear it. It being all that is different from home. Sometimes by traveling I appreciate home even more.
I love to travel to...
We have found something wonderful in all parts of , Sanibel Island, Sandwich, San Diego, Sedona, Santa Fe, Honolulu, Hartford, Kapaa, Key West, Kaanapali, Chicago, Boston, Chesapeake Bay, Old South.
I never forget to pack...
Taking my security blanket...some rental units have little control of the heating/cooling. I sometimes give up on adjusting and wrap myself up in my blankie. Problem is I have a bad habit of leaving them in the room!
My weirdest travel habit is...
My short hand note taking. I've had waitresses and docents ask if I was a journalist. Well,...maybe!
It's my dream to travel to...
Bali, Oahu, Maui, Aruba or London, Barcelona, Washington DC, Boston, Chicago...usually I dream of palm trees, warm breezes and a slow pace. However, give me a big city with great museums and I am very happy, too.
When I'm not traveling...
I love to read books and watch movies about the places I have been or that i'm planning on visiting.
