About Me: I travel quite a bit. I have a website chronicling a seven week trip to Europe at www.geocities.com/ed_hk. I returned recently, 07/2006, from a tour of Ireland and a week in Southern England. In May 2006, my son and I took a history oriented road trip through Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. My wife Pam and I visited friends in Dubai over the 2005 Xmas holidays. Journals on all of my trips are in process but I can't seem to do more than one review a day. I'd like to be able to write as well and humorously as Bill Bryson. I've still got a long way to go. I get caught between wanting to provide information and trying to be entertaining. Maybe someday I'll get the two together.
