I work for one of the largest online travel agencies in the world (Travelocity.com). Currently, my job is to visit hotels, to have an ongoing relationship with the hotel staff and management and to make sure that the hotel takes care of all our customers. My current territory is the states of Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska.
