Quote: I thought the decor was interesting and fun, but I asked for a window to be able to view the "Sirens of Treasure Island" pirate show, and we were given a tiny window with a view of a construction site across the street (although they did give us passes to watch the show the next day from the VIP area downstairs). I had made reservations through Vegas.com. I would recommend making reservations directly with the restaurant, if possible, if you desire a window with a good view of the show. Shows are every 90 minutes at 5:30, 7, 8:30, and 10pm.

Quote: As a reward for attending a timeshare presentation we were given a $50 certificate for any restaurant at the Treasure Island Hotel. The Buccaneer Bay Restaurant was reached by elevator and we were able to secure a table without a reservation after a short wait. There were several different areas, all with little alcoves and nooks with a few tables here and there. When the battle between the two ships in the Treasure Island Bay began, we were able to watch the whole thing though the windows that overlooked the bay. I had the rack of lamb with... Read More

Quote: We treated ourselves to this restaurant because we had heard about it from other Vegas visitors. The ambiance was lovely. It would lend itself to a large party or to an intimate dinner for two. The staff is impeccably dressed from the water server to the waiter, and each if extremely polite. The waiter suggested that we place our dessert order with our dinner order (we were getting one of their signature souffles) so that it would be ready about the time we would be done eating. The food was presented beautifully, and melted in our mouths it was so tender. If you time your reservation just right, you also have an excellent view of the pirate battle, a vantage point that most people don't get to enjoy.

Quote: We came across this place by accident one night when we were wandering through the Treasure Island Casino and were lucky enough to get a table with only a minimal wait. The tables are set along the windows overlooking the artificial lagoon where the nightly pirate ship battle takes place. Like the rest of Treasure Island, the theme is pirates and the restaurant decor resembles the inside of a fancy pirate galleon but you don't have to worry about hard tack or gruel for dinner. The menu features lobster, prime rib, steaks, seafood, duck, etc. My husband loved the sea bass which was pan fried and served with rice and crisply steamed vegetables. I had chicken which was good, but the portion was small. Other members of our party had prime... Read More
