Quote: Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, located near the entrance to Granville Island, serves some excellent-tasting food prepared by students in an elegant licensed dining room.You may dine for lunch, brunch, or dinner, or visit their cafe to dine in or takeaway breads, pastries, cakes, lunches, or dinners. On the day we went, we didn't have any reservations and just showed up to ask if they had any seating available just before they opened. Fortunately, there was space available. You may hang your coat up at the front entrance prior to seating. Quote: This is a culinary instruction school. Your servers will be finishing their chef training and able to discuss the menu selections and describe any special cooking techniques. Be prepared to enjoy the artistry and taste of the food. It is really fine dining at a fairly reasonable price.
