Quote: Blue, in the Ritz Carlton, lives up to everything that the Ritz Carlton name implies. The decor is beautiful, the food delicious, and the service impeccable. As the name implies, the decor includes a lot of blue, in all different shades. This is balanced by white tablecloths and taupe chairs and carpets. Tasteful but not pretentious pretty much says it all.The service was everything that you would expect from the Ritz Carlton. If you even thought of needing anything, they were right there with it.Finally, the food was, of course, amazing.
