Quote: The plans for our day in Savannah were drastically altered by the sudden appearance of a thunderstorm. We hadn't been out of the car for an hour when a giant cloud suddenly sucked all of the sunshine out of the air and poured on us for a good four hours. What better way to pass a rainy afternoon than in your favorite pub? For me, in Savannah, that's Kevin Barry's. My mom and I ducked in out of the rain and settled ourselves at a nice dim section of the bar. The atmosphere at Kevin Barry's is delightfully dark and cozy. In fact, I think the woodwork is just about the right brown to match the lovely pints of Guinness that flow from behind the bar.
