Quote: We chose this Hampton Inn because it was convenient. We were going to a Phillies game and the subway was just around the corner. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The servers were wonderful!
Quote: We stayed here for a weekend for a reunion. It was a good pick as far as cost and location as we were on a budget. We chose to eat out for breakfast because we didn't think the breakfast bar was that great. The location makes it easy to walk to a lot of places, and the staff (especially the doorman) is very friendly and helpful in getting a cab. They were also attentive to get us a rollaway bed within 10 minutes of requesting it.
Quote: First time at this Hampton, probably won't stay again. Parking is just down the street, but construction, etc makes for a tad shady. I love Hampton properties and amenities, just didn't like the location of this particular one. Customer service was fine at check in and check out, the "server" at the breakfast was a bit rude.

Quote: I had a great experience with this hotel. The room was large, and so was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, as well. I thought the service was outstanding--the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem I see right now is that there is construction going on across the street at the Convention Center, so 13th street is closed. But there is nothing the hotel can do about this. I would definitely stay here again.
Quote: Arrived early for a conference and was told that I couldn't check in yet because my room type wasn't available currently. No problem. Waited and checked back 2 hrs later, and was told someone had checked out of the room type I was waiting for, but the room wasn't ready yet. I asked her if I could check back in 30 mins then and see if it was ready. Response "if you want." 45 minutes later I checked in to see if the room had been cleaned and was told "not yet. Quote: We used this as a crash pad after a night out on the town for my birthday. We reserved 2 rooms which ended up being adjoining, the rooms were clean and convenient to McGillin's. The people there were super nice and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was just fair, we were pretty hungover and disappointed there was no potatoes. I would totally do this again the price was right and split between the people who stayed over it was probably as much as we would have spent on parking and tolls.
