Quote: First Expression always say everything ... Very boutique and Cute. Check in was a little slow and if you request a upgrade room be prepare to pay. The Dragon - Fly nice but pricey and the room was nice and warm. Pool area is for the pretty people and wanna-be seen folks.

We arrived at 8PM but had been assured by the gentleman that I made the reservation with that my credit card number would hold the room until midnight. Quote: We spent 4 nites last Thanksgiving and loved it. We loved our room, it was very stylish and comfy and the large balcony was a delite. The weather was perfect so we enjoyed eating there for breakfast. Room service was very good for breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. Booking was no problem at all.

When we arrived, they said they we have one smoking room and said we need to go to another cheap hotel at 12 am. The hotel they sent was horrible. They said they will refund our room - they never did, we spend 10 hours fighting them with no result. \n\nThey still charge for food we did not eat. The worst ever. Don't go there unless you want really bad experience. \n\nHorrible experience, worst by far.

Since we needed to attend a conference at that hotel, and produced our paid receipt, they found us a room. Nice decor doesn't make up for leaking pipes and poor service. Quote: Hotel prides itself on a boutique experience. Customer service was poor, room needed maintenance (plumbing issues), and housekeeping was inconsistent. For that kind of money, I expect much, much better
