Quote: The room was very nice - comfortable beds and pillows. We only stayed for 1 night and got there late so we didn't use the facilities or restaurant. There was ample free parking and the lobby and room were very clean. Our room faced the freeway so there was a little bit of traffic noise but with the air conditioner running, the traffic didn't really bother us. Staff was friendly. It's a little hard to get to using the access road and it's not really in a location where you'd walk to anything because of the dangerous traffic. But I'd stay there again if I was in that area.

I decided to try the pool and sauna. Well, no luck the pool and sauna were closed . The ice machines did not work on most floors, so you had to go from floor to floor to see which ones had ice. I ask housekeeping for creamer for coffee and when housekeeper(male) came up to room he brought towels. when I told him I did not request towels, but creamer he got upset and said"we no have no cream" and gave me a dirty look. Quote: I was in town on personel business and I usually look for hotels with 4 or more stars, this hotel had 3 stars.I figured I would only be here for a few days so I would deal with whatever quality a 3 star hotel had to offer. I was pleased , not only is this a nice hotel, the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was nicely decorated and clean. Eventhough some businesses in the area have closed down, I felt safe. I did not use any amenities so I can not speak to that. The In house restaurant Alejandro? needs to give bigger slices of cake for $*, cake very good,but not worth the price. otherwise, I recommend this Sheraton. I will stay again.

Quote: Very friendly, helpful staff.... Although we arrived at the hotel late and went to the restaurant right before they closed at 10 p.m., they were very willing to serve us! The freeway was a little noisy at night, so you may want to ask for a room off of the freeway. Overall, very good experience. We would stay here again!
Quote: Typical Sheraton. The reason the hotel lobby and restaurant is shown in the photos? they are the only nice parts of the property. Lobby has bad odor. Employees are typical for this chain, very focused upon when they get off work and upon memorizing the ""how can we not serve you"" customer manual. The room had some new furniture, bed was very hard and old. As with all sheratons they charge for wi-fi, phone calls, and everything thing else they can think of. If you can get this property for less than $ a night it may be ok but just across 635 is a very nicer hotel, stay there instead. Pool was old and poorly kept. One real nice feature - the fitness room was terrific.
Quote: The hotel was convenient to three of the shopping malls, other shopping centers and several restaurants. Furthermore, the staff were extreamly helpful; even when there was a problem with my reservation. The rooms were beautifully decorated and I like that they upgraded their televisions to flat screens. However, the bathrooms are congested, but were well stocked (very clean) with towels and other necessities. Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
