Pump the smell of luscious chocolate through the casino and the room towers, and then let the masses follow their noses to the establishment. It worked on me! Every time we went to our room, we would pass Payard and smell that chocolate smell and crave the sweets they had inside. So much so, that we stopped in the little restaurant – open only for breakfast, brunch and lunch – to have breakfast. I ordered a chocolate waffle with bananas, and Jim ordered a two-egg omelet.
