We love figuring out what our most viewed pages are each week. The usual suspects are expected—Vegas, New York, and London are all staples, and even the occasional dark horse like Amsterdam doesn’t shock us much anymore. However, some weeks we just have to stop and enjoy a breath of fresh air from the knowledge that you, dear IgoUgo members, are searching the world over for, well, whatever.
In the world of fine dining, our travelers don’t settle for vanilla, branching out to research the restaurants in Manila more than in some more traditional gourmet go-tos.
In terms of top destinations, debuts flooded the list, flooding us with pride and appreciation for the variation IgoUgo members never cease to exhibit. Appearing atop the roster this week for the first time: Alsace, Ho Chi Minh City, Seoul, and Tokyo.
Meanwhile, among those spots, the Africa home page made a cameo, and perhaps led people to the most viewed photo this week, from Angola.
The African heat wasn’t enough to melt the cool façade of one of this week’s most popular blog posts, a Greenland spotlight about a place that, despite its differences from the desert continent, also contains its share of mummies. Really.
